The MAJA Salmon Skinning Machine type ESB 4434/2P is best suitable for skinning of fresh and smoked salmon fillets. The big advantage of the patented MAJA Deep-Skinning Technology is the high yield and excellent skinning result. With this technology, only the brown fat in the middle of the salmon fillet is removed, so that almost no red meat is taken away with the skin. The operator puts the fillet in the center of the conveyor belt. Subsequently, the fillet is introduced in the blade system by a special pressure roller. For fully automatic in-line operation, the ESB 4434/2A is equipped with the MAJA cutting command. It guarantees the ideal start of the skinning process for avoiding any manual reworking, thus saving time and money.
